Who we are
Care and Protect Ltd is an occupational health organisation caring for the health needs of your business. The founder, Dominique Askham, has been working in the occupational health field since 2016. With a paramedic background, she has extensive experience in occupational health testing and emergency care. She believes that caring for the health and wellbeing of your employees leads to a happy and productive work environment.
We come to you. Care and Protect is a mobile service providing tailored occupational health monitoring to the greater Auckland business community. We work around your rosters and site constraints so you meet the health monitoring requirements of your industry without pulling staff off the job.

Dominique started Care & Protect after years in emergency care, where she saw how many workplace injuries and illnesses were preventable with regular monitoring. Today she personally delivers every test, so you always deal with the same clinician who knows your site and your people.
